Check and see if that line in your design file is actually doubled up. If it is 2 lines (one on top of the other) then they will cancel each other out.

If this is a puzzle image you created with Glowforge Premium, try zooming in a bit. You may find the line is actually there, but not visible at the zoom view level you were working with due to monitor resolutions, etc.


Did you make this with the puzzle tool or in another software program?

Is this an additional shape that you added from the Glowforge Premium tools or is it a box you added from another program?

If its from the Glowforge tools, have you tried deleting it and recreating it to see if it happens again?

If its from another program, double check your design file to see if the line is there and if it is check and see if it is doubled up.
