More account issues

@dan @Rita first why is my account having so many issues and second I did what it said to check order date so I know my status but there is no date!!!

fwiw this is a bug they’re having right now, so don’t worry; you’re not alone in this. until support reaches out, you can probably search for glowforge in your email folders and see when you ordered it.


Good news! You should now be able to see your order date in your purchase history.
I’m going to close this thread - if the problem reoccurs, go ahead and post a new topic.
