I’ve got a replacement machine yesterday and fired it up today and the machine is not shooting any laser into the stock. I’m using proograde material and proofgrade settings to make sure it isn’t settings. I double checked that the head is set right on carriage and cleaned all mirrors. Im also using different files ive used before on old laser, anything else yall could suggest until gf gets back at me?
Does the tube light up when it’s supposed to be cutting?
Just ran it and noticed it doesnt.
I had the same issue during christmas If u see no sign of life or a light in your glass tube and your head is moving with no laser. Sorry to say you need a replacement machine nothing you can do 
took me 3 weeks fo get replacement support took 3 days to reply. So email them immediately and mention all the steps u did make things easier
