Not to be silly, but just checking as I haven’t turned on my Glowforge since early July and I know there have been a few major updates since then along with the recent AWS and MS issues. I usually don’t have to wait more than an hour for updates to run, but it’s has been quite a bit longer today and still unresponsive. Anyone else?

That doesn’t sound good. I would turn everything off, reset the router and open the app in a different browser. Most of the users seem to be running without issue.
