I just went through the steps to clean my exhaust fan and the minute i started spraying a blade flew off! Help please!
Yikes! A staff member is definitely going to have to help with this one. They answer within 1 day, so hold tight. Turn off your machine and go enjoy a different activity until they write back.

what were you spraying? What were you using, that is.
The 3m degreaser from digi-key that’s specified in the cleaning instructions.
Crazy. Great pictures though, I imagine support will be along to help. Sorry for your challenges.

Unfortunately exhaust fans are not a part we can send out, so we’ll need to make a warranty replacement here. Since we’ll need to discuss account information, I’m going to close this thread and send you a separate email on next steps.
