My GF has been working very well but recently yesterday got stuck on centering, but doing nothing, sometimes it changes to scanning and came back…I have tried everything, un plugged clean it, don’t know what else to do
Does anyone knows what else I can do?
email support it happened to me its cooked hope your warrantys up to snuff.
Actually DON’T email support; you’ve already opened a support ticket by posting here. Multiple tickets for the same problem just slow things down.

Have you tried toggling your internet back off and on? The other day I couldn’t get mine to calibrate or do anything. Even with me toggling the internet, it managed to get to the center, but then nothing. Left it to sit while I went to work, with it turned off, and then came back and turned it on to it acting as if nothing had ever happened.
Sometimes it’s just a glitch in the matrix, so hopefully yours is experiencing nothing more than a hiccup!
I see you already emailed us about this and we’re working on it there, so I’m going to close this topic.
