They are going to want you to print a Gift of Good Measure (in your dashboard) on a piece of proofgrade material in the problem area.
Post the time, and pictures of the front and back of the GoGM here and when a staff member gets here they will use that to troubleshoot.
In the meantime verify that debris hasn’t gotten into the divots that the crumb tray stick into, and that your cleaning includes all 5 lens/mirrors.
