I have used MDF 1/4 and 1/8, baltic plywood 1/8, and PF Draftboard in Medium.
When I cut a full sheet, my material doesn’t get cut all the way through on the left side. We are going on a few days now with this problem.
I have cleaned my machine and I am pinning down materials.
I am not sure what to do at this point. I am very frustrated!
They are going to want you to print a Gift of Good Measure (in your dashboard) on a piece of proofgrade material in the problem area.
Post the time, and pictures of the front and back of the GoGM here and when a staff member gets here they will use that to troubleshoot.
In the meantime verify that debris hasn’t gotten into the divots that the crumb tray stick into, and that your cleaning includes all 5 lens/mirrors.
I just went to clean it again. saw a small speck on the mirror on the inside L wall. i wiped it and trying again
i think the speak was the culprit. it cut!
