I have to cycle rebooting my glowforge several times before I can get it cutting. Even after it’s done a cut, after I open the lid and close again it wont cut until I cycle a few times.
Sometimes it says it’s stuck on centering, sometimes on focusing, but the head isn’t even moving and I”m making sure to keep it clean and I’ve been checking the internet connection, it’s running good on my other devices. Somtimes I”ll leave it on for a good 20 minutes before it finally goes through all it’s “steps”.

How often do you use it? I find that mine sometimes has “lag” issues in centering or focusing, or just getting to the Ready state if there is a GF update being applied. Not sure how regularly those occur nowadays.

Pretty inconsistent. Sometimes I won’t turn it on for months. Sometimes I’ll use it 4 days in a week. The past week I’ve been turning it on every day trying to get projects done.

I am having this problem all the time. Today I can’t get it to connect at all. I’ve gone over the troubleshooting again and again. I’m doing the same process that let me cut on Friday but today (Sunday) I can’t. I am really frustrated and want to throw the whole thing out the window. This is horrible, I spend more time trying to get connected than I do working on a design. I’ve spent 2 1/2 hours trying to print. Does anyone have a REAL suggestion that might solve this issue?
