My laser stopped today after etching one sheet of 3.5 ornaments. It then cut the circles but only a few and actually stopped midway in job. I thought it was an internet problem but when I restarted eveything the laser head would go through the actions of cutting but no cut. I cleaned all parts but it still did no good. Please help, as we all know this is our money making season.
