I’ve had my Glowforge Pro since April. Today it stopped firing. I upload a proven file and when I hit print the glowforge moves likes it’s cutting the file but there is no laser. I’ve checked/cleaned all the lenses. The mirror on top of the print head does not appear to be damaged and looks to be installed properly. I’ve checked to make sure all wires are tight and not loose. I’ve checked my settings. I’ve loaded proof grade materials and tried cutting the gift of good measure. Idk what else to do. Any suggestions?
You’ve posted in the right area. Just hang tight and a staff member will come along.
Support will generally ask you to post pics of your optics - windows and lenses. Here’s a recent example:
