HELP PLS! my machine was stuck on homing i cleaned the lense then restarted it now its stuck on scanning anyone know why???

There are a couple of possibilities which you will discover reading through the forum. One is unstable wifi. The other is the black lid cable.

I extracted the most recent logs from your Glowforge to investigate and see that you have been up and printing since writing in. That’s great!
Could you please let me know if you’re still experiencing any problems?
I am having that same problem what were you able to fix the problem?
You need to open your own Support ticket so that Glowforge support will look into the logs of your machine.
