So our belt got toasted when something we were engraving caught fire. We caught it quickly and nothing else was damaged, but the belt is no more. I need to get a new one ASAP, and have contact support. Is there anyway to get a fast response, or is there something we can get outside of glowforge until we can get an official one?
Posting here creates a ticket sending a email creates a ticket finding all the different tickets and putting them in one takes more time. I would send pictures.
I see you have also emailed us about this and we have already followed up with your next steps there. So I am going to close this thread.
