Need an update on my order

I placed an order before Thanksgiving it got returned to Glowforge before it ever left the state and the. Once it was returned promptly disappeared.
It was a was told I was getting a replacement order last week and was told I would get expedited shipping. It’s now Thursday (7 days later) and I haven’t heard anything about this order, I would like to know where it is and what’s going on. My family will no longer be receiving their x-mas gifts i had planned, I don’t know what I’m going to do.
