My replacement cable package arrived on Monday, but there was nothing in it. It was just an empty shipping tube with no caps at the ends and a packing slip taped to the outside.
I’ve emailed support a couple of times with no response. I’ve diligent on check my spam folder, so it’s not there.
That is a bummer, do you have a cord to use the machine till you get a new one on the way? Its the same style cord that plugs into most modern computers power supply.
