Howdy, as the title states, i have not yet received the laser training pdf. I sent a email to support almost a week ago with no response yet, so I am not sure if it is an issue on my end or if support just has a backlog because of covid. I apologize for sending an email and creating a forum post, I just wanna cover all bases.
Im eager to get started making stuff! Hopefully this can get solved fast!
They will see this and send it out again. You might check your spam folder and such in the meantime.
There’s nothing in there you really need to wait for to use the machine. It’s just a legal requirement.
