With everyone posting in Problems and Support to get help from community members, I would think it would make good sense to offer another category:
“I’ve notified support but want help from the community on my issue”
I seriously think this would cut down on the numerous duplication of support tickets. I understand why they post in this section…
we can call it “tech purgatory” or “Glow Perdition” “Satan’s waiting room”
There is “Everything Else” or “Beyond the Manual” that works fine (especially when cutting non-proofgrade stuff). Getting folks to use it is another matter but they could instill automove
Considering most can’t figure out or be bothered with the “post to one or the other” that’s already suggested in the FAQ and the p&s header……
