New Category

With everyone posting in Problems and Support to get help from community members, I would think it would make good sense to offer another category:

“I’ve notified support but want help from the community on my issue”

I seriously think this would cut down on the numerous duplication of support tickets. I understand why they post in this section…

There is “Everything Else” or “Beyond the Manual” that works fine (especially when cutting non-proofgrade stuff). Getting folks to use it is another matter but they could instill automove :grin:

Considering most can’t figure out or be bothered with the “post to one or the other” that’s already suggested in the FAQ and the p&s header……
