I got my glowforge yesterday in the mall and did my first print last night with no problem. I wanted to do another print this morning and nothing! 
this is a picture of the gift of good measures. already send an email to support just wanted to see if any of you have any ideas?

I presume the machine went through the movements but nothing happened? Check to make sure the power didn’t default to 1, which would hardly leave a mark.
