I just unboxed and set up my glowforge plus and it will not cut on the right hand side. Everything is level and clean. It has just been taken out of the box and setup.
A staff member will get here soon - if your mirror was bumped during transport they’ll need to replace the machine.
You’re going to want to run the Gift of Good Measure (it’s in your dashboard) on the spare piece of draftboard they included (run it toward the side you’re having issues with). Post pictures of the front and the back after it’s all done, and the time you ran the print. That’ll help them diagnose.
