New Glowforge Plus not aligning correctly, Support not responding

I see you did the camera alignment. By chance, have you done a print head alignment as well?

Is it different than the alignments I have been doing? Where can I find those alignment instructions?

The printhead one is different then the camera one. The printhead one tells your machine where your print head is and so it might not thing it is in the right place right now. I would give it a try. Here are the instructions:

I have pulled away some of its masking but as you can see, it does a different print then the camera one.
