Hello, I am setting up my new Pro and everything goes good. WiFi connects to my laptop, but I can’t get past that. I have set up device 12 times now.
What happens when you switch back to your home wifi? What message do you get?

Which wifi are you connecting the laptop to before getting stuck, the one broadcast by the Glowforge for setup, or your home network after successfully connecting the Glowforge to that same network? It’s not clear whether you’re getting stuck in the beginning or end of the setup process.
If you’re getting to the end and reconnecting to your home network, you should be able to go to https://app.glowforge.com in a web browser to start using your machine.
