No beam, No cut, No light up in tube

I have been cutting all day, but now the head of my laser is SLOWLY moving but no laser, resulting in no cut. My tube is also not illuminating as usual and the sound of the machine does not seem normal.

I’ve troubleshot with the help of a GF Facebook group with no avail.

Also, when I tried to stop the print by pushing the button it did not stop like it usually would to pause or cancel the print.

I’m hoping someone can help me as I was in the middle of cutting to fulfill a large order and was only halfway done with my cuts.

Can you send a screen shot of the settings you are using?

It won’t even work on doing a gift of good measure cut.

I was hoping it was a settings or workflow issue but it looks to be something else that the support staff from glowforge will have to look into. Was hoping it was something I could help with.

I appreciate you trying to help. I am still waiting to hear back from them after trying the trouble-shooting they provided in an auto emal. Hopefully I will hear something soon.
