I just received my refurbished glowforge. I connected it to my wifi, tried to start my first cut and I have no blue magic light. The computer says to hit the blue magic light but there is no light at all. Please can someone help me?

Until you go through the whole setup process your Glowforge will not work properly. Even if your previous one was working properly. For a start you have to turn on the machine and when the button lights up, hold the button down till it turns blue or you do whichever comes first.
