I’m new to Glowforge. I was able to calibrate a few weeks ago. When turning it on today to use it for the first time, it won’t calibrate & the light doesn’t turn on.
No light comes on when you power the machine on for routine printing. Does your machine show as offline? When you turn the machine on, does the head move to the center or does it not move at all? What, exactly, happens when you power your Glowforge on?
do you mean that the LEDs in the lid do not light?
I see you already emailed us about this and I’ve sent you next steps there, so I’m going to close this topic.
