No email update, and possibly lost order?

I emailed support yesterday about this but no response yet.
I have not received the email with an estimate of when my pro will arrive.
I ordered a pro, a basic, and a filter for the basic.
I’ve received my basic, and I’m loving it, but the pro and the filter are still pending.
If I visit https://glowforge.com/account I see a delivery estimate for the filter only.
Did my pro order get lost?!
