How long does it normally take to receive a response back from support? It’s been quite a few days. My gf has full power but no lights and the app says my interlock is open… I have a plus with no interlock on back. I am hoping to get running because I have a huge make a wish fundraiser depending on me and I’m feeling a lot of worry about letting someone who needs me down.
