No responses from support

On Nov. 18th my glowforge completely shut down in the middle of a print. After calling support then sending pictures and video the rep said they will send me a refurbished unit and asked for my shipping address (it’s under warranty still). I promptly sent my address and asked for a an estimated timeframe of when it would be sent.

This will be my 6th refurbished unit sent to me and in the past I’ve gotten the tracking info for the refurbished unit within 24-48 hours. I’ve sent several emails asking for an update and have gotten no response. I also noticed there is no ticket number in the email correspondence with the rep. I have also called and not been able to get through to anyone again.

Has anyone else recently received a refurbished unit? How long did it take? And did you have a ticket number?

Your best bet will be to call them for an update. I’ve heard of delays, especially recently. Phone support is the most direct route.
