No snapmarks yet?

My husband (aaron.nance) received the email that we were to get Snapmarks on our machine! Hooray! But at least 2 months later we still have no Snapmarks.

Boo.

Anything I can do to move this along?

Have you had your machine replaced? Some people have gotten the notification that it’s enabled… on the one that was returned.

No replacement, same machine.

We do not have a replacement machine, have tried different browsers, all that jazz

Browser shouldn’t matter. So when you go to app.glowforge.com and load a design you don’t see this near the top of the page?

The magnet icon will be greyed out until the design settings are complete and unit is online.
