We are about to send in our 3rd Glowforge Pro. Does Glowforge ever send a new machine back? I purchased my machine on 25 May 2022. If i get another one it will be number 4 in under 6mo. This is unacceptable.
Has anyone received a new machine or a refund?
My refurb for my pro has been going strong for 2 years…my refurb for my plus has been going well too…but most don’t create topics about their machine going well…and so it can feel like refurbs are failing more often then actually.
In short: no.
As far as refunds: yes, but only within the return window and with its stipulations.
