Slowly puts away the “spot cannon” he built with his Glowforge.
Ha ha…
you guys are all proving that you didn’t read the entire article;
For the naming contest, the zoo has narrowed it down to four names:
Kipekee - Unique
Firyali - Unusual or extradonary
Shakiri - She is most beautiful
Jamella - One of great beauty
They were smart to limit the name choices. Time magazine learned this the hard way back in 2009 with the time 100 list. You’re one google away, but as with all things 4chan it’s off-color. The gist is that they manipulated the poll to get a desired outcome that spelled out a message with the first letters of the names submitted.
And no, I didn’t read the article, who has time for anything but headlines these days?
I do. Sometimes more time than I’d care to have.
Like Data’s cat? (A striped tabby, no spots at all.)
I was thinking Mr Clean.
Ok clever points for that one.
I suppose Mr. Spot works as well as one could say he has just one very large spot. But you might get a large donation from P&G for the Mr. Clean name.
Dolly Llama is my vote…
Is go for Shambolic: chaotic or unpatterned.

A whole Venn diagram of interests. Rockets, AI, 3D titanium printing.
technically is also has a laser thing, but still seem like a good post for the topic.
Wow; that was really interesting. A super complicated print as well.
My boys really want to get a 3D printer. My biggest concern is the maintenance to keep them running well though…
