Not connecting to network

All I can suggest is restarting everything from the router on down, including the Glowforge. If it still happens, download your logs and post them here for when Support gets back to this thread. Here are the instructions for downloading the logs:

  1. Reboot your Glowforge again and wait about 30 seconds.
  2. Hold down the button for ten seconds, until it turns teal.
  3. Connect your computer to “Glowforge XXX-XXX” (from your Wi-Fi Settings)
  4. Visit the following URL in your browser: http://192.168.192.1:3000/logs/zip
  5. A .zip file should download to your computer
  6. Reconnect to your usual Wi-Fi network and post the file here for them to look at.
