Hi there…I have been running into the issue of the laser not cutting all the way through material for a quite a few projects now and now its just getting annoying. I am using proof grade material and have to now choose the option to laser 2x and even then sometimes it is still not a clean cut, which then just leaves burn marks on my projects and me having to take a razor to complete the cut, this goes for wood and acrylic too. I have already cleaned the GF 2x in the last 2 months, have only had my GF since Jan and I am still having issues. Any suggestions on why this is happening?
What exactly did you clean? The most important parts for clean cuts are the optics - especially the lid camera, head lens, head windows and left side mirror.

Yes I understand that… I have done a thorough cleaning before
