We were shipped a new machine and I’ve used it a couple times but now it won’t bring the printer up in the drop down menu. Any idea how I can fix this? It’s showing both printers when I go to settings.

I’d try clearing cache and another browser, but I’m betting you’re gonna need to wait for a staff member to get here

Yeah, I think staff has to set it up from their end too.
