Not getting a clean cut- flames

I am using proof grade draftwood with adhesive backing. It cuts my first sheet fine but any sheet after the first cit has more flame and starts burning my adhesive. I been using the same materials for months and now I can’t complete my orders

Fans are clean and mirrors have been checked after each cut.

has anyone has this problem before

The only time I’ve had issues is when my air assist fan needs cleaning. Is the direction of the flame towards the front of the GF?
