This is not really an problem as much as it is an issue when cutting the Hardwood. I was having an issue cutting some Cherry Hardwood today and it was not cutting all the way through. I checked the PG setting and measured the material, that’s when i noticed the setting is set at .125 while the material is .130. So I measured all my hardwood and found they vary from .125 to .130 with the majority at .128
While this may no the issue for all it was the issue I was having today
