I just wanted to express a note of thanks for the timely way in which support has been working with me – I am grateful for their professionalism, courtesy, and step by step guidance in what we can try to resolve the issue,. If having things not working exactly as they should could ever be considered a pleasure, this experience could certainly be considered such. In the several decades I have dealt with tech equipment and the support that inevitably goes with it, this experience has been one of the very best. For me, this could not have been handled better.
