Even though it is for set hours of the day a live chat has potential to eliminate half of the “complaint topics” on here. I don’t know how many are impatient people saying they haven’t seen a reply. Now at least they can get some words of encouragement right away to calm things down. This is going to be huge :crossed_fingers:

Stealing Ryan’s comment to add as my own…the whine factor is now very likely to decrease on the forum.
Thanks for keeping everything moving in improvements.

A couple of people in a Facebook group raved about the excellent chat service they received. So yes, good news indeed!
