I’m attaching two videos. Machine makes sound (have plus) when it’s about to print another is something that seems to be loose. I emailed Glowforge but they said to try here since they’re a little behind. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Yes I’m new so if it’s something obvious- I apologize
I would check for any dirt or debris on the rails and wheels. It sounds like one of the wheels is hitting something and isn’t rolling.
