Hello I have reached out to support, wanted to see if anyone else is experiencing issues with their Glowforge showing offline? I have tried and re-tried all the troubleshooting options with no success.

I had a spot of trouble this morning but reloading the page solved it.
Just wanted to send an update that it turns out our technology department recived a flag and blocked the Glowforge from connecting! It was not an easily identifiable mac adress or some over my head techy stuff. All is well now and the Glowforge is forging along fine.
