offline, what happens?
I think you’re going to have to provide a little more detail before anyone can help. What’s happening? When is it happening? What solutions have you tried so far? Have you checked the support pages?
Nothing happens when the unit is offline, it generally means the connection got dropped or the machine has not been turned on yet. Is it giving an “Offline” message even though the machine is turned on?
Here, and restart it and remains the same
There is a section in Troubleshooting that deals with that…it can happen if the WiFi signal gets dropped. There are some steps you can take to try to re-establish it.
