Once set up + connected to wifi-NOTHING happens, can't view dashboard

I’ve set this glowforge up multiple times. Every time I go to app.glowforge.com it acts like I haven’t set it up. Tried multiple browsers, cleared cache, Connects to WIFI then NOTHING. Never goes to the print dashboard nor does this recognize under my account under my email that I’m logged in under that I used to purcahsed it . so frustrating! I see a few people had this but then there are no specific solutions.

Is this your only Glowforge?

Did you get to the confetti screen? This video may help. There are a few clicks that folks seem to miss and without them the setup hasn’t actually finished. Fingers crossed it’s easy:

Hello @sales29 I am so sorry your Glowforge printer is having issues connecting to your Wi-Fi.
