Open Lid error and no help

I have been dealing with "Open Lid " error for over a month now. Glowforge has sent me two new black ribbon cables and I still have the same error. I have sent pictures of everything they have asked for but now it has become difficult to even get a response back.
I am an electrical engineer and have tested and determined that both right and left magnetic lid closed sensors are activating as per design when the lid closes. I don’t know what to do next and I don’t know how to get help. Is there a way to get help with out going back to the "we will send you a new black cable " stage?

Yeah, they will possibly suggest replacement of the machine. It unfortunately might be something beyond the black cable that isn’t user serviceable.
