I too am part of the “open lid’ gang, unfortunately! And out of warranty to boot! Now that support has responded and figured out that that is the problem and now I need to be invoiced, I am not receiving no invoice yet nor any kind of response and it’s been 24 hrs! So no work to get done, last minute orders are now cancelled and here I wait for some glimmer of hope that I will get an invoice or just some kind of response from GF to just get to the next step! VERY FRUSTRATED!!!
Opening duplicate tickets will slow down response time because they have to find/verify/close duplicates before they can move forward.
Based on other responses in the forum it usually takes a few days before you’ll get an invoice, then they’ll ship ASAP after it’s paid. If you haven’t already, sign up for UPS & Fedex’s delivery notifications - you’ll know when something is going to show up at your house.
