Orange light help :-)

I read it may be hot? the house is 59 degrees, fan is working, cleaned it to make sure nothing was icky on it. cleaned the lenses. Did one cut and noticed a bit of a flame on the Medium acrylic, never seen that before, shut off the machine but now I can’t get past the orange light.
Just put a message in support but would like to be up and running again so I can get my orders out tomorrow.

Check the connections on the white cable that goes to the head.

It could also be too cold, though you’re awfully close for that. The low end of operational temp is 60 degrees.

Hi,
It was the connection on the cable, must have wiggled away a little when I cleaned the lens
