My machine isn’t working… orange light for most of the day.
I noticed a new sound this morning while cutting, finished that job, and hasn’t worked since.
I’ve checked the ribbon connection- it’s fine.
It’s getting a little warmer here, but not to the point of overheating, I don’t think.
It will Home/focus/center for a bit, then say it’s ready, when I hit print, goes into error with the orange light.
Thoughts???
The sound seems fine to me, but the orange light isn’t a good sign. Check the white cable where it connects to the printer head, to make sure it’s plugged in good. If it’s securely connected and the problem is still happening, disconnect it and take a photo of the pins in the connector where it attaches, so Support can see whether anything looks out of sorts there.
What’s the temp in the room? What’s the temp outside?
