I cut one item, about a two minute cut and my light is now orange. I’ve tried the power cable. The ribbon cable. Nothing is working. Please help 
Check the operating temperature range for your unit…the most common cause of the yellow light condition is the machine has gotten a little too warm and it’s going to pause until it cools off enough to continue.
(When it cools off enough, it will resume.) Maximum operating temp for the Basic and Plus units is about 75°F. Maximum for the Pro models is 81°F.

Thanks for letting us know about this. Unfortunately, it looks like your unit is experiencing an issue that we can’t resolve remotely. I want you to have a reliable unit, so I’m recommending we replace this one. I just followed up via email to sort out the details. I’m so sorry about the bad news.
