Orange Light, "too cold" 74 degrees, and the discovery of a loose wire

Today while I was doing an engrave order I have the machine paused to cool down- this has never happened before. I waited for quite a while but printing did not resume. I rebooted, and it took forever to home, and then I got a message that it was “too cold”. It is in and air-conditioned shop with the thermostat set at 74 degrees. The air does not blow directly on the machine.I was reading through the forums, and came across one that gave some things to check and found this:

Does this control the pump? or some thermostat? and what can be done to get me up and running to complete my orders?

Thanks for any help you can give me.
