I am very disappointed with the company’s support team. Since the machine stopped working 3 months ago, they asked me to buy a new box which is 200 $ to mail it back for fixing. After the payment, I have not received the box for two months. They replied to me that they would let me know about further information. But not even email reply after that. My professor is pushing me hard about this, really do not know what else I can do. Can anyone tell me when can I receive my box?
