How do I get a replacement wheel?
Ask and you shall receive, eventually… hehe. Posting here opens a support ticket and the gf support staff will be along to get you sorted out. It may help things along to post a pic of the broken wheel you are dealing with and where it is located.

the photo on the left to me appears to be the idler pully wheel under the right side of the gantry. is that where it is from?
