Ive had my glowforge for a very few months and have done about 5-7 passthrough projects successfully. I attempted to do another and it suddenly has been saying it cannot align without even attempting to take photographs of the first cut. I am in extreme disbelief that in such a short time this is happening. I tested a another and it still does not work. Any assistance would be extremely helpful.

I don’t use my passthrough very often, but I read the forum regularly. When people report passthrough problems, support has suggested that the user insure that the two small windows on the underside of the printhead are cleaned in addition to the lid camera. Also, support in the past has recommended that users do a test print using the Smooth Curves Stencil file and report the results via email to support.
