Hi all, I’ve hit a snag on a project and hope somebody has the answer. Trying to use the passthrough slot for the first time and the option isn’t appearing in the menu. Tried running Printer Head Setup a couple of times like the site suggests and still no luck. Thanks in advance for any assistance.
Support can enable it, there’s nothing you can do otherwise if you are sure it isn’t under the three-dot menu. I thought it appeared for everyone but is ghosted out for non-Pro owners.

Thanks for getting back to me. Was afraid that was gonna be the answer, but I appreciate the info. I’ve already got a message in to support, but figured this would get a faster response.
